Secondary vocational school students have poor cultural theory and bad behavior habits. Because of the direction of national macro policy and the role of social reality, secondary vocational school students are mostly in the middle and lower classes of society after graduation. According to Marx’ s “ social existence determines people’ s spiritual life and political life” theory, their values and moral standards are also relatively at a relatively low level. Therefore, the secondary vocational school students’ moral education evaluation system should be based on the sec-ondary vocational school students,present situation analysis and future orientation, and conform to the secondary vo-cational school students’ own characteristics, so as to evaluate them objectively and scientifically.
