江西某矽卡岩型白钨矿石WO_3品位为0.26%,白钨矿大部分浸染在石英、萤石、方解石颗粒中,单体解离困难。现场在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占80%的情况下采用1粗2扫常温浮选,1粗5精2扫加温浮选,中矿顺序返回流程处理,仅能获得WO_3品位为59.31%、WO_3回收率为58.64%的钨精矿。为了提高该矿石的选矿指标,试验以苯甲羟肟酸＋油酸钠为白钨矿常温浮选混合捕收剂,进行了阶段磨选工艺条件研究。结果表明,矿石在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占80%的情况下采用1粗2扫常温浮选,常温浮选精矿再磨细度为-0.074 mm占90%的情况下采用1粗5精2扫加温浮选,最终获得了WO_3品位为62.31%、WO_3回收率为71.62%的钨精矿,钨精矿WO_3品位提高3个百分点,WO_3回收率提高12.98个百分点,精矿指标提高显著。
A skarn type scheelite in Jiangxi,China,have a WO_3 grade of 0. 26%. Most of the sheelite was disseminated in the quartz,fluorite and calcite particles,resulting in difficulty to liberate. When the grinding fineness was 0. 074 mm passing by 80% in the field,sheelite concentrate with the grade and recovery of WO_359. 31% and 58. 64% respectively could be obtained by the process of 1 roughing and 2 scavenging in normal temperature flotation,1 roughing,5 cleaning and 2 scavenging in heated flotation,and the middling back to the flow-sheet in order. To improve the flotation results,the mixture of benzohydroxamic acid and sodium oleate was used as the collectors to be applied in condition tests of the stage grinding process. The results indicated that sheelite concentrate with the grade and recovery of WO_362. 31% and 71. 62% respectively could be obtained by the process of 1 roughing and 2 scavenging in normal temperature flotation with grinding fineness of 0. 074 mm passing by 80%,and 1 roughing,5 cleaning and 2 scavenging in heated flotation with grinding fineness of 0. 074 mm passing by90%. Compared with the results in field,sheelite concentrate index has been significantly improved with the grade and recovery of sheelite concentrate improved by 3 percentage points and 12. 98 percentage points.
