定工况下石蜡油油罐有限元分析 预览 被引量:3

Finite Element Analysis of Paraffin Oil Tank under Specific Conditions

摘要 以10 000m3大型石蜡油油罐为研究对象,基于数值模拟技术和有限元方法,采用CFD和ANSYS软件,对温度为400K的石蜡油在进油量为200m3/h、水蒸气质量流量为700g/s工况条件下油罐的温度场及应力场进行数值分析,研究热力耦合作用下油罐结构的应力大小及分布。研究结果表明,10 000m3大型石蜡油油罐在热力耦合作用下,罐顶与槽钢相连的焊缝处应力较大,最大应力发生在进油管侧焊缝处,数值为427MPa,该应力导致油罐发生断裂。实际工况下油罐断裂情况与有限元分析结果一致。 A 10 000m~3 paraffin oil tank was studied under operation conditions of a 200m~3/h inlet paraffin oil which carryovers 700g/s steam under 400 K.Applied with CFD and ANSYS software which based on numerical simulation technology and finite element method respectively,the temperature field and the stress distribution of the oil tank structure were obtained under the effect of thermal-mechanical coupling with an application of CFD and ANSYS software.The simulated results show that larger weld stress locates in position that connects the tank roof and the channel steel,and the maximum stress up to 427 MPa that leaded to the fracture of the oil tank locates in the tank side with oil inlet pipe.The simulation results are consistent with the actual results.
