胸部能谱成像与常规CT扫描辐射剂量与图像质量对比研究 预览 被引量:2

Comparative study on radiation dose and image quality between spectral imaging & conventional CT plain in thorax

摘要 目的:探究胸部能谱成像与常规胸部CT扫描的辐射剂量及图像质量有无差异。方法:前瞻性对33例因临床诊断及疑诊肺癌的成年患者行胸部CT平扫与增强,增强时用能谱成像扫描,平扫及增强均通过胸部不同平面的脂肪组织、肌肉组织进行客观评价图像噪声、主观评分,并记录辐射剂量。采用独立样本T检验比较二者扫描方式的辐射剂量、不同平面70 kev单能量图像与常规扫描混合能量客观指标及主观评分。结果:能谱扫描和常规扫描的CT剂量指数、有效剂量差异无统计意义(P〉0.05)。能谱扫描70 kev单能量的三个不同平面水平的脂肪组织、肌肉组织噪声及图像质量的主观评分对应常规混合能量扫描差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:胸部CT能谱扫描与常规扫描的射线剂量相当;70 ke V单能量图像的噪声低于常规扫描的FBP重建图像,可在临床中常规开展应用。 Objective: To explore the difference between the radiation dose and image quality of chest spectral CT imaging and conventional chest CT scan.Methods: 33 adult patients diagnosed or suspected with primary bronchogenic carcinoma prospectively underwent non-enhanced CT scan and post-contrast CT scan with spectral imaging scanner.Both types of the scan evaluated the noise objectively,then scored them subjectively through adipose tissue as well as musculature on various levels of the chest.The radiation doses were recorded at the same time.The radiation doses of both types of scans were compared by independent samples T-test,which was also used to compare the objective measures and subjective scores between the 70 kev-monochromatic energy image and mix-energy routine scan.Results: There was no significant difference in the CT dose index and the effective dose between the spectral scanning and conventional scanning(P〈0.05).There was also no significant difference of image of noise and image quality for the adipose tissue and musculature among the three groups with different levels of 70 kev-monochromatic energy image and mix-energy routine scan(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Firstly,radiation doses of spectral chest CT is correspondent to routine CT.Secondly,the noise of 70 ke V monochromatic energy imaging is lower than that of routine scanning FBP reconstructed images,which means it can be routinely conducted in clinic.
