^99mTc-MDP全身骨扫描联合局部SPECT/CT断层显像所致辐射剂量的研究 预览

摘要 目的探讨^99mTc-MDP全身骨扫描联合局部SPECT/CT断层显像时所致辐射剂量的研究.方法:收治行^99mTc-MDP全身骨扫描并行局部SPECT/CT扫描的受检者40例,对其资料进行分析.结果:40例受检者辐射的总有效剂量、局部断层CT的有效剂量差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);总有效剂量明显低于1次胸/盆腔诊断CT的有效剂量(P〈0.05).结论:^99mTc-MDP全身骨显像联合局部SPECT/CT断层显像在给临床医师提供更多诊断信息的同时,很好地贯彻了辐射防护三原则,提高了患者的利益/危害比. Objective:To investigate the radiation dose caused by~(99m)Tc-MDP total body bone scan combined with local SPECT/CT tomography.Methods:40 patients who had the~(99m)Tc-MDP bone scan and local SPECT/CT scan were selected,and we analyzed the data of them.Results:The total effective dose of radiation and the effective dose of local fault CT were statistically significant in 40 cases(P<0.05);the total effective dose was significantly lower than the effective dose of a chest/pelvic diagnostic CT(P<0.05).Conclusion:~(99m)Tc-MDP whole body bone imaging combined with local SPECT/CT tomography provides more diagnostic information to clinicians,and implements the three principles of radiation protection to improve patient's benefit/hazard ratio.
