医学生营养知-信-行问卷的编制与评价 预览

Formation and Evaluation of Nutrition Knowledge Attitude and Practice Questionnaire of Medical Students

摘要 目的 编制适合我国医学生的营养知识、态度、行为(KAP)调查问卷。方法 通过文献综述、小组讨论、专家咨询等方法编制初始问卷,随机抽取160名医学生进行预调查,修订完善形成正式问卷;使用正式问卷调查138名医学生,对问卷信效度及可接受性进行评价。结果 正式问卷包括3个维度,25项条目。评价结果显示,该问卷Cronbach’sα系数和重测信度值分别为0.766和0.790。营养知识、态度、行为维度与总问卷的相关系数分别为0.430、0.790与0.700。经探索性因子分析,问卷结构与理论构想基本一致。结论 该调查问卷具有较好的信效度及可接受性,可供同类研究参考。 Objective To formulate the nutrition knowledge,attitude and practice questionnaire suitable for the medical students in China.Methods The initial questionnaire was made by the literature review,panel discussion and expert consulting,and 160 cases of medical students were randomly extracted for pre-survey,and the formal questionnaire was revised and improved and the reliability and acceptability of questionnaires were evaluated by 138 cases of medical students.Results The formal questionnaire included 3 dimensions and 25 items,and the evaluation results showed that the Cronbach'sα coefficient and retest reliability were respectively 0.766 and 0.790,and the related coefficients of nutrition knowledge,attitude,practice and total questionnaire were respectively 0.430,0.790 and 0.700,and the analysis of explosive factors showed that the questionnaire structure was basically consistent with the theoretical concept.Conclusion The questionnaire has a better reliability and acceptability,which can provide reference for the similar research.
