考虑燃烧室压力动态的燃气轮机调速系统建模 被引量:1

Modeling of Gas Turbine Speed Governors Considering Air Pressure Dynamics of Combustion Chamber

摘要 现有电力系统仿真计算的燃气轮机调速系统模型未考虑燃烧室空气压力的变化,一次调频仿真与实际相比,存在误差。分析了一次调频过程中燃气轮机的工作特性,发现燃气轮机为保持燃烧稳定,其旁路阀会实时调整燃烧室内空燃比,从而引起燃烧室压力动态变化。建立了一种能体现燃烧室压力动态变化对燃气轮机输出功率影响的燃气轮机调速系统新模型。提出了采用燃料喷嘴开度模拟燃烧室空气压力变化,体现出燃烧室保证最佳空燃比的动态过程。仿真结果与试验数据对比表明,考虑燃烧室压力动态的燃气轮机新模型能够真实地模拟燃气轮机实际的一次调频过程,有效降低模型不准确所引起的仿真计算误差。 In existing power system simulation software,varying regularities of air pressure in combustion chamber were not considered in primary frequency regulation(PFR) simulation using gas turbine speed governors system.This resulted in simulation error deviated from practice.Working characteristics of gas turbine in PFR were analyzed.It is found out that the bypass valve will in real-time adjust combustion chamber air-fuel ratio so that combustion stability of gas turbine was maintained,and the combustion chamber pressure and gas turbine power output would be changed.A new simulation model of gas turbine speed governor was established,embodying air pressure dynamic effect of combustion chamber.The air pressure of combustion chamber was modified with gas turbine nozzle action,and then air-fuel ratio control process was carried on.Simulation and experiment results showed that the model can truly represent real frequency-governing properties of gas turbine governors.
