供应链物流实时状态监控技术研究 预览

摘要 智能供应链是制约制造业转型发展的关键技术之一,而供应链物流实时状态监控是实现智能供应链的基础。为实现供应链过程中物流状态信息的实时获取,在阐述供应链物流实时状态监控体系结构的基础上,构建供应链物流元节点模型,分析供应链物流所需采集信息的集合,利用物联网技术提出供应链物流实时状态监控环境的配置方法,并将供应链物流所需的信息集合分为2类,针对第2类无法直接通过数据采集获得的信息,建立基于Auto-ID计算的供应链物流状态监控数据处理模型,最后通过开发软件系统平台验证上述理论和方法。 An intelligent supply chain is regarded as the key that drives change in the manufacturing industry. It is the feature of real-time visibility that makes the supply chain intelligent. With an elaboration on the structure of the monitoring system, this paper introduces a model of logistics meta nodes to analyze the information collected across the supply chain. By using the internet of things, it proposes an environment that monitors the real-time status. The information collected across the supply chain is divided into two types. Based on the automatic identification and data capture method, the paper develops a data processing model to deal with the information that cannot be obtained directly from data collection. In the end, a software system platform is created to prove the theories and methods.
