铁矿山资源化生态修复模式研究

摘要 铁矿资源的开采导致了生态环境破坏和次生地质灾害,严重影响区域的可持续发展,急需开展生态修复。传统的铁矿山修复模式存在着资金投入不足、技术集成度低、资源利用率低、修复效果不彻底、土地价值增值有限等方面的问题,制约了我国铁矿山的生态修复成效。文章基于循环经济思想,构建了一种新的铁矿山资源化生态修复模式,并建立了运行机制。这种新模式能够有效降低政府资金投入,实现技术集成创新,提高资源的利用效率,彻底解决生态环境问题和安全隐患,提升修复后土地的价值,实现铁矿山修复的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益的统一。 The exploitation of iron resource has resulted in ecological damage and secondary geological disasters, which had seriously affected regional sustainable development. The ecological restoration is urgently needed. The traditional iron mine restoration modes expose many problems such as insufficient government fund, low technology integration, low resource utilization rate, incomplete restoration effect, and limited land added value, which have restricted the ecological restoration performance of iron mine in China. Based on the circular economy theory, this paper constructs a new recycling ecological restoration mode of iron mine and builds its operation mechanisms. The new mode can effectively reduce government investment, bring technology integration innovation, improve resource use efficiency, eliminate ecological and environmental problems and potential safety hazards, enhance added value of restored land, and achieves the unity of economic benefits, ecological benefits, and social benefits from iron mine restoration.
