透明PVC药品包装材料透射率的研究 预览

摘要 采用双辊开炼机混炼、成型得到透明PVC药品包装材料试样,然后通过UV-1800分光光度计测试波长290—500nm试样透射率。透明PVC试样中加入抗氧剂1076、光稳定剂770、二苯甲酮类紫外线吸收剂UV-531和苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂UV—P1,测试研究这四种助剂对透明PVC药品包装材料透射率的影响,结果表明:在UV—A紫外线290~380nm之间,UV—Pl吸收强烈,透射率最低,UV-531其次,可单独使用,770和1076对其吸收最少,透射率最大,需与其他紫外线吸收剂搭配,而在400~500nm之间几乎无吸收作用。 The transparent PVC drug packaging cnetefial type sample was obtained by mixing and mold- ing with a double-roll mill and used uv-1800 speetrophotometer, obtained transmittance of wavelength 290 ~250 nm sample. Added autioxyen 1076, light stabilizer 770 and UV-531, UV-P1, into PVC sample, then researved the effect of these additives in PVC, The results showed : betwween ultraviolet 290 - 380 nm, UV-P1 absorpted intense- ly, transmissivity was least next was UV-531, who could be used lonely, 770,1076 obsorpted shortest, transmissivi- ty was most. They had to work with others UV. Between 400 -500 nm. The affect was little.
