Objective To analyze the value of ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of precancerous lesions and cervical cancer. Methods 50 patients with cervical cancer were selected as the observation group and 50 patients with cervical precancerous lesions were selected as the control group. Two groups of patients were examined by ultrasound elastography, and the results were compared. Results The detection rate of cervical cancer in the observation group was 90%, higher than that of the control group was 70%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ultrasound elastography has high detection rates for patients with cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. However, the detection rate of cervical cancer patients is high, which can provide a favorable basis for the treatment of patients in the late stage of clinical treatment.
