摘要
探讨了不同材料和组件形式的超滤工艺对东江微污染水的净水效能,并分析了膜污染情况。在40L/(m2·h)条件下,超滤对东江水的浊度和有机物均有一定的去除效果。内压式、外压式膜组件对浊度的去除效果更好,平均去除率达到97.3%。浸没式膜组件对有机物的去除效果更好,对CODMn和UV254的去除率分别为37.3%和26.5%,但对荧光类有机物的去除效果不如压力式。在抗污染性能方面,浸没式膜组件表现更佳。就材质而言,PVDF膜的出水水质优于PVC膜。PVC膜的初始跨膜压差比PVDF膜高出5—10kPa,但PVDF膜在周期终点的跨膜压差更高,且PVC膜后期跨膜压差增长缓慢,稳定性更好。
Effects of membrane material and module type on performance and membrane fouling for Dongjiang River water treatment using uhrafihration (UF) were explored. Under the flux of 40 L/( m2 · h), the UF process showed a certain removal effect on the turbidity and organic matter in the raw water, of which the internal pressured module and external pressured module had better removal efficiency of turbidity with the average removal rate approaching 97.3%. The immersed UF module exhibited a better removal of organic matter with CODM. and UV254 removal rate of 37.3% and 26.5%, respectively. However, the immersed UF module was less effective on removing fluorescent organics, but more resistant to fouling. In terms of membrane materials, PVDF membrane obtained better effluent quality than PVC membrane. The initial transmembrane pressure (TMP) for PVC membrane was 5 ~ 10 kPa higher than that for PVDF membrane, but lower at the end of one filtration period, and PVC membrane could achieve slow increase of TMP and better stability.
