轨道交通车辆用永磁同步牵引电机结构设计 预览

摘要 永磁同步牵引电机由于其优异的性能逐渐应用于在轨道交通车辆领域,不同于异步电机,其转子磁场由永磁材料建立,转子在通电和断电的情况下都具有强磁性,大大增加了电机的设计难度。基于永磁同步牵引电机及轨道交通车辆的特点,从电机的密封结构、冷却结构、转子结构、轴承结构等多个方面进行研究分析,采取相应的措施,提出合适的解决方案,为轨道交通用永磁同步牵引电机的设计提供可靠依据。 Permanent-magnet synchronous traction motor is gradually applied to the field of rail traffic vehicle because of its excellent performance. Unlike induction motor,the rotor magnetic field of permanent-magnet synchronous traction motor is built with permanent-magnet material. The rotor has strong magnetic properties both in switch-in and switch-off cases,so which greatly increases the design difficulty of motor. Based on the characteristics of permanentmagnet synchronous traction motor and rail traffic vehicle,this paper researches and analyzes the sealing structure,cooling structure,rotor structure and bearing structure of the motor,and gives the appropriate solution by taking the corresponding measures. It provides reliable basis for the design of permanent-magnet synchronous traction motor for rail traffic vehicle.
