壳聚糖基四环素印迹聚合物的制备及应用

Synthesis and application of tetracycline imprinted polymer based on chitosan

摘要 以四环素(TC)为模板分子,采用表面聚合的方法,以丙烯酰胺(AM)为功能单体,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,改性壳聚糖为载体,制备四环素印迹聚合物(MIPs)。并对MIPs进行一系列表征,其具有良好的特异识别性和吸附能力。建立了HPLC-MISPE方法,方法检出限为2.532μg/L,加标回收率范围93.7%~110.4%,RSD≤4.0%,并对环境水中TC的含量进行检测。 The molecularly imprinted polymer( MIPs) was prepared by surface polymerization using tetracycline( TC) as template,AM as the functional monomer,AIBN as initiator,MBA as crosslinking agent and the chitosan as supporter. A series of characterization of MIPs was carried out,which showed good specificity and adsorption capacity. HPLC-MISPE method was established,the detection limit was 2. 532 g/L and the recoveries were in the range of 93. 7 % ~ 110. 4 %,RSD≤4. 0 %,and the content of TC in environmental water was detected.
