复合型亚铁络合剂脱硫脱硝动力学及实验研究 预览

Dynamical and Experimental Research on Simultaneous Desulfurization and Denitration by Using Compound Ferrous Complexant

摘要 通过建立Fe^ⅡEDTA和Fe^Ⅱ(CyS)2吸收NO的传质模型,并在自行设计的反应釜内完成了两种亚铁络合剂的传质动力学实验,Fe^ⅡEDTA对NO具有更高的脱除效率。对两种亚铁络合剂进行脱硫脱硝的实验研究发现,Fe^Ⅱ(CyS)2对SO2脱除效果更佳。两种亚铁络合剂在脱硫脱硝上存在互补性,进而提出了两种亚铁络合剂的复配可行性及比例等参数,并通过实验研究了复合型亚铁络合剂的性能。结果表明,复合型亚铁络合剂比单纯亚铁络合剂对NO脱除率更高,且在脱除率达到80%时,持续时间提高约30%。 In this study, a mass transport model of Fe^Ⅱ EDTA anti Fe^Ⅱ (CyS)2 absorbing NO has been established, and dynamical experiment has been done in the self-designed reactor. It was found Fe^Ⅱ EDTA has higher efficiency of absorbing NO. Simultaneous desulfurization and denitrificayion tests by using two ferrous complexants found that Fe^Ⅱ (CyS)2 has better effect of absorbing SO2. Because of the complementation of two ferrous complexants, a new compound ferrous eomplexant has been developed, and compound proportion and activation property have been studied. The result shows that the aging of compound ferrous complexant is about 30% more than a single ferrous complexant while removing 80% NO.
