摘要 为有效解决大气污染问题,国家大力推进能源结构清洁化改革,风力发电、太阳能发电装机容量迅速增长,加之传统煤电产能过剩,导致电网调峰困难,这对现役火电机组的灵活性以及深度调峰能力提出了更高要求。本文以我国新能源发展趋势以及弃风、弃光程度为切入点,综述了提升火电机组灵活性运行的现状,针对火电机组现存调峰能力不足、负荷响应速度迟缓、长期偏离设计工况运行等问题进行了分析,并介绍了应对技术以及应用情况,在此基础上对火电机组灵活性运行下一步的工作方向进行了预测。 In order to solve the problem of air pollution effectively, the government vigorously promotes the clean reformation of existing energy structure, resulting in the rapid growth of installed capacities of wind generation and solar power generation. In addition, the traditional coal-based power plants are already in a state of overcapacity, which leads to difficulties in the peak load regulation of the power grid. These problems have put forward higher requirements for the flexibility and deep peak load regulation capacity of coal-based power units. In this study, the necessity of enhancing the flexibility of thermal power units is discussed from the viewpoints of the development trend of renewable energy in China and the phenomenon of wind and solar energy abandonment. Besides, the existing problems of insufficient peak load regulation, slow load response speed, and long-term deviation from design conditions in thermal power units are analyzed, and then the solution technologies and application situations are introduced. Based on this, the future research directions of enhancing the flexibility of thermal power units are predicted.
