超临界塔式锅炉化学清洗小型试验 预览

摘要 针对超临界塔式锅炉的特点及基建机组化学清洗的要求和目的,按照《火力发电厂锅炉化学清洗导则》(DL/T 794—2012),通过对超临界机组塔式锅炉EDTA化学清洗小型试验,分析了热力系统不同材质的垢量,确认了清洗用缓蚀剂的应用性能和质量。清洗后质量检查平均腐蚀速率为0.3 g/(m^2·h),证明清洗效果和缓蚀剂释放性能优良。试验为确保炉本体的化学清洗提供了可靠的技术支持,并提出了EDTA钠盐化学清洗过程中应注意的事项。 Directing at SC-critical unit characteristics and construction of tower boiler chemical cleaning requirements,in accordance with the 《Guideline for chemical cleaning of fossil piant》(DL/T794-2012),by means of SC-critical unit tower boiler EDTA chemical cleaning of small test,it analyzes different materials of the thermal system most scale creation,confirms the performance and quality when it was cleaned by corrosion inhibitor. The average corrosion rate during the quality inspection after cleaning is 0. 3 g/(m^2·h),which proves that the effect and the releasing property of corrosion inhibitor are in good performance. In order to provide a reliable technical support for the chemical cleaning of boiler ontology and put forward some matters needing attention of the EDTA sodium salt in the cleaning process.
