浮叶植物与底栖动物协同修复采煤塌陷水域的效果 预览

Synergistic Restoration Effect of Floating Leaf Plants and Zoobenthos on Coal Mining Subsidence Waters

摘要 2017年7月6日至7月29日,在90cm×75cm×60cm、容积280L的塑料水箱中注入采煤塌陷水域改造的台湾泥鳅Paramisgurnus dabryanus养殖池塘水和10cm厚的底泥,第Ⅰ、Ⅱ组放人浮叶植物荇菜Nymphoides peltatum(分别为0.1kg和0.2kg)和底栖动物螺蛳Margarya melanioides(密度为250g·m^-2),覆盖面积分别为10%和20%,第Ⅲ组只放螺蛳不放置荇菜,第Ⅳ组为二者均不放的空白对照组,研究浮叶植物荇菜与底栖动物协同修复体系对采煤塌陷区养殖水域水质以及底泥间隙水的净化效果。结果表明,荇菜和螺蛳组合的协同修复体系去除采煤塌陷水域水质和底泥间隙水中的营养盐优于螺蛳单独作用;覆盖率20%的荇菜+螺蛳组合对水质中总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、NH4^+-N、NO3^--N以及NO2^-N去除率分别为48.61%、82.5%、49.42%、46.43%和87.78%;10%的荇菜+螺蛳组合对水质中TN、TP、NH4+-N、N03^--N以及NO2^--N去除率分别为27.78%、75%、28.49%、32.14%和62.22%;两者对底泥TN、TP均有一定的去除作用。结果表明,采用浮叶植物荇菜与底栖动物螺蛳协同修复体系能够有效净化采煤塌陷水域水质以及底泥间隙水营养盐,荇菜覆盖率为20%的修复效果好于覆盖率10%。 Plastic tanks of each 90 cm × 75 cm × 60 cm filled with water and containing 10 cm sediments from loach (Paramisgur- nus dabryanus ) culture ponds were introduced floating leaf plants Nymphoides peltatum and zoobenthos Margarya melanioides (250 g·m^-2) at coverage rate of 10% (group Ⅰ, 0.1 kg) and 20% (group Ⅱ, 0.2 kg), with only zoobenthos without the floating leaf plant (group Ⅲ ) and without both zoobenthos and the plant (as control group, group Ⅳ ) from 6 July of 2017 to 29 July of 2017 to investi- gate the synergistic restoration effect of floating leaf plants and zoobenthos on coal mining subsidence waters and interstitial sediments. The results showed that removal rates of nitrogen and phosphorus in the tanks with floating leaf plants and zoobenthos were found to be superior to those in the tanks with only zoobenthos. The removal rate was shown to be of 48.61% in total nitrogen (TN), 82.5% in total phosphorus (TP), 49.42% in NH4^+-N, 82.5% in NO3-N and 87.78% in NO2^--N in the tanks with 20% coverage of floating leaf plants and zoobenthos, while the removal rate was 27.78% in TN, 75% in TP, 28.49% in NH4^+-N, 32.14% in NO3-N and 62.22% in NO2-N in the tanks with 10% coverage of floating leaf plants and zoobenthos, both coverage rates showing certain removal effect of TN and TP in sediment. The findings indicated that the aquaculture water was good purified by synergistic restoration system estab- lished by the floating leaf plants and zoobenthos, better purification effect in the tanks with 20% coverage of floating leaf plants and zoobenthos than that in the tanks with 10% coverage of floating leaf plants and zoobenthos.
