基于专利信息利用的多维度邻近性创新方法研究

摘要 为了不断提高多维度邻近性在设计研究中的效率和质量,提出一种基于发明专利信息的多维度创新设计方法.设计人员根据自身对专利设计的要求,选择关键词检索相关专利,并对检索的专利文献中的功能、工作原理、结构构造等方面进行综合评价,在保证不侵犯现有专利的基础上,以现有专利为参照,对专利进行挖掘创新设计,设计后的专利在专利库中若无相同技术功能的专利则转化为多维度性能参数为TRIZ工程参数,将TRIZ的创新原理融合到设计的专利中,并引入TRIZ工具对新设计的专利进行完善,从而得到最优的实际方案.此外,还引用了空调的降噪设计,以此为例对该方法的可行性进行验证. In order to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of multidimensional proximity in the design research,this paper puts forward a multi-dimensional innovative design approach based on patent information.In accordance with his own requirement,the designer searches for related patents and choose reference patents based on comprehensively evaluating the aspect of their function,structure,working principle and other fields.Ensuring not to infringe existing patents,the method creates more patents based on reference patents from fully excavating potential tech-space.The designed patent,which is not matched in the existing patent library by function,is transformed into the multi-dimensional parameter,the TRIZ engineering parameter.Finally,the optimal design plan is innovated by applying the innovation principle of TRIZ and using TRIZ tools.This paper cites the noise reduction design of air conditioning and verifies the feasibility of the method.
