电动汽车入网的电力系统调频控制 预览

摘要 研究了传统电力系统各个组成部分和电动汽车(EV)参与调频的模型,通过集散结合分级式控制机制将EV接入电网以提供参与调频的辅助服务。并基于此提出了计及EV充放电协调参与电网调频控制策略,建立了EV参与系统调频模型。利用Matlab/Simulink对EV参与调频的作用效果进行了仿真分析,结果表明:EV参与系统调频可以缩短频率调整时间,减小系统频率波动幅度。 The individual parts of traditional power system and the model of electric vehicles(EV)which participating in FM were discussed. Through adopting the mechanism of combing the distributed control with hierarchical control, the EVs were joined to the power system to participate in FM ancillary services. Based on this, a scheme to coordinate the control of GG EV charge and discharge to participate in the control strategy of power grid was proposed and the model of EV participating in FM was established. Making use of Matlab/Simulink to simulate the ettect of EV participating in FM shows that,the electric car involved in FM frequency modulation can shorten the adjustment time of frequency and reduce the range of frequency fluctuation.
