藤壶壳填充率对对虾养殖尾水处理效果的影响 预览

摘要 本研究将自然挂膜好后的藤壶壳分装为4组放置于水处理系统上部滤料桶中,生物滤料与模拟对虾养殖尾水体积之比例分别为1:10(A组),2:10(B组),4:10(C组)和9:10(D组),每组3个重复,进行水处理效果试验为藤壶壳在生物滤料中的应用以及生物过滤池的设计提供参考.结果显示,A、B、C、D4组的氨氮最高去除率均能达到99%以上,以达到氨氮去除率90%为基准,D组优先B、C组2h,优先A组6h;B、C、D组去除亚硝酸盐(NO2-N)的能力优于A组,以达到亚硝酸盐氮去除率95%为基准,D组优先C组2h,C组优先B组8h,B组优先于A组12h;各组的磷酸盐去除速率为:D组〉C组〉B组〉A组,在10h时A、B、C、D组磷酸盐(PO43-P)的去除率皆可达99.50%以上;48h时,各组的总有机碳(TOC)去除率为:D组〉C组〉B组〉A组.各组的氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮、磷酸盐和TOC的去除率随着填充率的增加而增加,而综合考虑水处理效果和成本,推荐填充率B组(2:10)应用于今后的研究. The effects of different volume ratios [(group A, 1:10), (group B, 2:10), (group C, 4:10), and(group D, 9:10) of barnacle shell: artificial simulation effluent from shrimp culture were studied in order to pro-vide the reference data of barnacles shell in the application of biological filter material and the design of bio-logical filter tanks. The results showed that the maximal removal rate (over 99%) of ammonia nitrogen was ob-served in the four groups were all, and it took less 2 h to attain 90% removal rate of ammonia nitrogen inDgroup than in group B, and in group C and 6 h than group A. There was better degradation of NO2--N ingroups B, C, and D than that in group A. It took less 2 h to attain 90% removal rate of NO2--N in groupDthan in group C, less 8 h in group C than in group B, less 12h in group B than in group A. The descending order of phosphate removal rate were expressed as group D〉group C〉group B〉group A, over 99.50% of phos-phate removal in 10 h in4 groups. The descending order of TOC removal rate in 48h was described as groupD〉group C〉group B〉groupA,indicating that the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen, nitrite, phosphate and to-tal organic carbon (TOC) were increased with increase in filling rate of barnacle shells. It is recommended thatthe proper ratio of biological filter material to water volume beof 2:10 according to comprehensive economiccost and water treatment effect.
