RESEARCH ON THE SERVICE DESIGN OF THE PUBLIC ELECTRIC BICYCLE CHARGING STATION

摘要 现有公共电动自行车充电站的外观形态上没有设计感,造型款式上则是不考虑美感,仅仅为了满足内部结构,浓厚的工业感让用户没有亲切的感觉。缺乏有效管理的付款方式使得充电站用户体验差,停车的安全问题无法得到保障,没有办法解决急用车的用户问题。所以设计一套完整合理的服务设施迫在眉睫,以设备与APP的结合,创新解决"紧急用车问题"、"电池的防盗问题"、"用户长时间占用车位问题"、"没地方充气问题"等问题。 The existing public electric bicycle charging station appearance modeling, monotonous, no design sense. Appearance modeling style is not innovative, is basically no design thinking of the product, the lack of effective management and follow the era of payment makes the charging station user experience is poor. But also brought the safety of parking problems can not be guaranteed, there is no way to solve the problem of users of emergency vehicles, are seriously hampered the large-scale promotion of electric bicycles.
