An Optimization on Whine Noise Characteristics of Transmission Based on Orthogonal Experimental Design

摘要 针对某款变速器3和4挡主减齿轮啸叫问题,首先进行变速器模型仿真,并通过齿轮接触斑点和壳体表面振动响应仿真与试验结果的对比,确认仿真模型的正确性。然后,在就各微观修形参数的变化对3和4挡主减齿轮对传递误差影响进行单因素分析的基础上,以传递误差加权平均值为评价指标,使用正交试验优化方法,得到传递误差最小结果的微观修形参数组合。优化结果大幅降低了3和4挡主减齿轮对的传递误差和啸叫噪声。 In order to tackle the whine noise problem of differential gear in an automotive transmission under third and fourth gear conditions,firstly a simulation on transmission model is conducted with the correctness of simulation model verified by comparing the simulation and test results of gear contact pitting spots and housing surface vibration response. Then on the basis of single factor analysis on the effects of micro-profile correction parameters on the transmission error of differential gear,an orthogonal experiment optimization is performed with the weighted mean value of transmission error as evaluation indicator,and a combination of the micro-profile correction parameters with minimum transmission error is obtained. Optimization results significantly reduce the transmission error of differential gear under third and fourth gear conditions and hence the corresponding whine noise.
