基于体压分布仿真的驾驶员座椅舒适性设计研究

摘要 本文中建立了HPM-II型H点装置有限元模型,验证了模型各部分的尺寸、质量、腰部支撑和躯干的运动学姿态,通过H点装置姿态的仿真来测量座椅的设计参数,对驾驶员人体与座椅的相互作用进行了仿真研究。首先,基于ANSUR人体数据库建立了人体几何模型,利用CPM模型设置其驾驶姿势,并建立了人体有限元模型。接着,建立了参数化的座椅有限元模型。最后,将人体有限元模型与座椅有限元模型组装到一起,设定相应的边界条件,在不同海绵厚度、腰部支撑量与支撑位置、坐垫角和靠背角下进行了人体与座椅间体压分布的仿真,得出了这些因素对体压分布的影响。本文中采用的方法为今后建立面向理想体压分布的座椅设计奠定了基础,为座椅舒适性设计提供参考。 In this paper,the finite element model of H-Point Machine( HPM)-II is constructed,the size and mass of each part,the lumbar support and torso kinematics attitude of the model are verified,the design parameters of seat are measured by the simulation on the attitude of HPM,and the interaction between driver and seat is simulated. Firstly,the geometric model of human body is built based on ANSUR human anthropometry database,the driving attitude is set by using cascade prediction model,and the finite element model of human body is set up based on its geometric model. Then a parametric finite element model for seat is established. Finally the finite element models for human body and seat are assembled together with corresponding boundary conditions set,and the body pressure distribution between human body and seat is simulated under different foam thickness,the position and protrusion of lumbar support,cushion angle and seatback angle,with the influences of these factors on pressure distribution obtained. The method adopted lays a foundation of seat design oriented towards ideal body pressure distribution and provides references for seat comfort design.
