辣椒抗黄瓜花叶病毒育种研究进展 预览

摘要 黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)是一种严重危害辣椒生产的病毒,抗黄瓜花叶病毒育种是辣椒育种的主攻目标之一。经过多年攻关,我国筛选鉴定出一批抗病种质资源,但仍存在抗源材料遗传背景狭窄、抗性不高、转育难等问题。随着现代分子技术的快速发展,利用分子标记、基因组学、生物信息学、基因工程等手段,可以加深对抗性遗传规律的认识,结合分子标记辅助选择的方法,提高育种效率。从辣椒上黄瓜花叶病毒的株系划分、种质资源的筛选鉴定、抗病遗传规律和基因定位研究、抗病品种选育、病害防治方面介绍了辣椒抗黄瓜花叶病毒的研究进展,以期为深入研究辣椒抗CMV和抗病育种提供参考。 Cucumber mosaic virus(CMV) seriously affects pepper production.The improvement of pepper resistance to CMV is one of the main breeding targets.After many years of efforts, a number of disease-resistant germplasm resources have been screened and identified. However, there are still some problems such as narrow genetic background, low resistance and the loss of resistance in the course of breeding. With the rapid development of modern molecular techniques, the use of molecular markers, genomics, bioinformatics and genetic engineering means, can deepen the understanding of the genetic law of disease resistance. The efficiency of breeding can be improved in combination of marker-assisted selection methods. This paper reviews on the research progress of resistance to CMV in pepper ragarding classification of CMV strains,screening of germplasm,genetic analysis and gene mapping,breeding of CMV-resistant varieties and disease control methods,in order to provide some reference for in-depth study of resistance to CMV and disease-resistant breeding.
