交通基础设施增收的空间溢出效应研究 预览

摘要 通过分析交通基础设施增收效应的理论机制,使用我国1997—2015年30个省级单位的面板数据,构建邻接空间权重矩阵和经济空间权重矩阵下的面板空间计量模型,对交通基础设施的增收效应进行研究。结果表明:我国交通基础设施发展对居民收入存在显著的空间溢出效应,不考虑交通基础设施对居民收入的空间影响可能会高估邻近地区居民收入对本地居民收入的溢出效应。我国几乎所有省份交通基础设施增加对其相邻地区居民收入能产生积极的空间溢出效应,邻居较少的省份正向溢出效应较小,邻居较多的省份正向溢出效应较大。 Through the analysis of the theoretical mechanism of transportation infrastructure on increasing income,this paper used panel data of 30 provinces in China from 1997 to 2015 and built the panel space econometric models based on the adjacency spatial weight matrix and economic spatial weight matrix to study the transportation infrastructure on increasing income. The results showed that the development of transportation infrastructure in China had a spatial spillover effect on residents' income. If it did not consider the spatial impact of transportation infrastructure on increasing income,it might overestimate the spillover effect of the income of residents in the neighborhood on the income of local residents. Almost 30 provinces in China increased transportation infrastructure would have a positive spatial spillover effect on the income of residents in neighboring areas. The positive spillover effect in provinces with less neighbors was smaller. And the positive spillover effect in provinces with more neighbors was greater.
