皮肤性病门诊患者人乳头瘤病毒基因分型检测的临床分析 预览

摘要 目的探讨皮肤性病患者不同病变类型的人乳头瘤病毒感染类型。方法随机选取2016年4月—2018年4月我院门诊就诊294例患者,对患者采用PCR-反向点对皮肤损伤和外阴局部HPV亚型进行检测。结果 HPV检出率为73.81%(217/294),其中单一型别感染57.1%(168/294),多重感染率为16.67%(49/294)。在217例HPV阳性标本中高危型感染52.53%(114/217),低危型感染29.03%(63/217),混合型阳性率为18.43%(40/217)。结论 HPV感染以单一型别感染和高危型感染为主,因此在临床中应加强对人乳头瘤病毒感染亚型检测,对于提升患者临床治疗有效率有着积极的作用和影响,还能够进一步提升患者康复率。 Objective To investigate the types of human papillomavirus infection in patients with dermatosis and venereal diseases. Methods 294 patients in the outpatient department of our hospital from April 2016 toApril 2018 were randomly selected, and the patients were detected by PCRreverse point for skin injury and partial HPV subtype of vulva. Results The detection rate of HPV was 73.81%(217/294), of which the single type infection was 57.1%(168/294), and the multiple infection rate was 16.67%(49/294). Among 217 HPV positive samples, 52.53%(114/217) were highrisk infection, 29.03%(63/217) were low risk infection, and the mixed positive rate was 18.43%(40/217). Conclusion HPV infection is dominated by single type and high risk infection. Therefore, the detection of human papillomavirus subtypes should be strengthened in clinical practice, which has a positive effect on improving the effectiveness of the patients’ clinical treatment, and can further improve the recovery probability of the patients.
