目的对于丹田降脂丸治疗高脂血症的临床疗效进行系统评价。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、中文科技期刊全文数据库（VIP）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、万方数据医药期刊数据网、Pub Med、Cochrane Library数据库。筛选合格研究,进行文献质量评价,运用异质性检验、Meta分析、敏感性分析等方法统计相关数据。结果在数据库内获得有关文献120篇,最终实际纳入8篇,共计720例患者,文献质量偏低,选择偏倚风险较高。Meta分析结果显示,单用丹田降脂丸或联合他汀疗法与单纯他汀疗法在降低总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）和升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）等方面疗效差异有统计学意义。敏感性分析后结果不变。丹田降脂丸组有1例患者出现恶心呕吐,3例患者出现便溏,3例患者出现面色潮红、咽干、食欲减退。对照组3例患者出现恶心呕吐,5例患者出现胃部不适,4例患者不良反应未具体描述,均可耐受,未发现有明显肝肾功能异常。结论丹田降脂丸治疗高脂血症安全有效,较常规他汀类药物治疗可进一步提高临床疗效,上述结论仍需更多高质量、大样本量的论据加以论证。
Objective To review systematically the clinical effects of dantian jiangzhi pills on hyperipoidemia.Methods The literatures were retrieved from the databases of CNKI,VIP,CBM,Wanfang,Pub Med and Cochrane Library.The eligible study was screened for the assessment of literature quality. The heterogeneity test,Meta analysis and sensitivity analysis were adopted for the data evaluation. Results A total of 120 literatures were searched from the databases and 8 papers were included finally with 720 cases involved. The literature quality was lower and the bias risk was high. Meta analysis showed that as compared with the simple statin therapy,the effects of simple use of dantian diangzhi pills or combined with statins were different significantly in reducing TC,TG and LDL-C and increasing HDL-C. The results did not change with the sensitivity analysis. In the dantian jiangzhi pills group,there was 1 case of nausea and vomiting,3 cases of loose stool and 3 cases of flushed face,dry throat and poor appetite. In the control grop,there were 3 cases of nausea and vomiting,5 cases of gastric discomfort and 4 cases of unknown adverse reactions but tolerable. There was no obvious abnormality of liver and kidney functions. Conclusion Dantian jiangzhi pills are safe and effective in the treatment of hyperlipoidemia and improve the clinical effects as compared with the routine treatment with statins. But,it needs more evidences with the high-quality and large-scale samples to further verify the conclusion.
