目的探讨循证护理在预防骨筋膜室综合征中的应用效果. 方法 选取2015年3月～2017年11月期间收治的140例尺桡骨骨折、胫腓骨骨折的骨科住院患者作为研究对象,将其分为对照组（n=70）和观察组（n=70）,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在常规组基础上给予循证护理干预,以两组患者的骨筋膜综合征的发生率、满意度以及两组患者的生活质量评分作为本次研究的观察指标,分析前臂、小腿骨折骨筋膜室综合征的预防方法. 结果 对照组患者骨筋膜综合症的发生率为4.3%,高于观察组患者骨筋膜综合症的发生率为0,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对照组患者干预后生理功能、生活自理能力、总体健康等生活质量评分明显低于观察组,差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）;观察组在护理总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）. 结论 循证护理在预防骨筋膜室综合征中效果显著,可以有效的降低前臂、小腿骨折骨筋膜室综合症发病率,提高患者生活质量.
Objective To explore the application of evidence-based nursing on the prevention of compartment syndrome. Methods One hundred and forty patients with ulna and radius fractures and tibia and fibula fractures in our hospital from March 2015 to November 2017 were selected as study subjects, which were divided into control group（n=70） and observation group（n=70）. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group was given evidence-based nursing intervention on the basis of conventional group. The incidence of osteofascial compartment syndrome, satisfaction and the quality of life scores of two groups were used as the observation indicators in this study. The prevention method of osteofascial compartment syndrome（forearm and calf fracture） were analyzed Results The incidence of osteofascial compartment syndrome in the control group was 4.3%, which was higher than that in the observation group（0）, there was significant difference between the two groups（P 〈0.05）. After the intervention, the quality of life of physical function, life self-care ability, and general health was significantly lower than those of the observation group. There was significant difference between the two groups（P 〈0.05）. The total satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing is effective in preventing osteofascial compartment syndrome and can effectively reduce the incidence of osteofascial compartment syndrome in forearm and calf fracture and improve the quality of life of patients.
