Analysis of Nurses' Core Competence in Secondary Hospitals of Remote Areas in Tibet

摘要 目的 了解西藏边远地区部分二级医院注册护士核心能力现状及主要影响因素。方法 采取便利整体抽样法,对西藏拉孜等地区12所二级医院230名注册护士进行问卷调查,用《中国注册护士核心能力量表》进行评估。结果 护士核心能力总得分125. 76±30. 09,是标准水平的54. 21%。各维度得分及标准比为:教育/咨询13. 89±3. 75,49. 61%;领导能力21. 57±5. 80,53. 93%;法律/伦理实践19. 89±4. 84,62. 16%;评判性思维/科研16. 65±5. 12,41. 63%;人际关系18. 46±5. 05,57. 69%;专业发展14. 31±3. 69,59. 63%;临床护理22. 88±5. 76,63. 56%。不同年龄、工作年限、教育层次、职称、工作收入护士核心能力得分组内整体比较,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0. 05)。结论 该群体护士核心能力总体处于中等偏下水平;年龄、工作年限、教育层次、职称、工作收入对护士核心能力有不同程度的影响。 Objective To investigate the status quo of the core eompeteneies of registered nurses in seeondary hospitals of remote areas in Tibet and to explore the main influencing factors. Methods Integral convenience sampling method was adopted to investigate a total of 230 nurses in 12 seeondary hospitals in Tibet, and the results were analyzed by using the "Chinese Nurse Core Competence Scale". Results The total score of the core eompetencies of the nurse was 125.76 ± 30.09, which was 54.21% of the standard level. The education/counseling score, leadership score, legal/ethical practice score, critical thinking/research ability score, interpersonal score, professional development score and clinical nursing score were 13.89 ± 3.75, 21.57 ± 5.80, 19.89 ± 4.84, 16.65 ± 5.12, 18.46 ± 5.05, 14.31 ± 3.69 and 22.88 ± 5.76 respectively, compared with ehe corresponding standard ratios of the different items at 49.61%, 53.93% , 62.16% , 41.63% , 57.69% , 59.63% and 63.56% respectively. In addition, the intra -group comparison of different ages, working years, educational levels, positional titles and work incomes had significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The core competence of registered nurses in secondary hospitals of remote areas in Tibet was generally below the average level and was influeneed by age, working experience, educational level, positional title and income.
