A 32-years-old male presented with nodules on the head for 1 year. Physical examination showed skin-colored infiltrated large nodules and plaques with uneven texture on the head without tenderness,scale,erosion or ulcer. The histopathological examination showed epidermal hyperkeratosis,dilatation of the vessels in the upper dermis,hyperproliferative capillaries in the upper and middle dermis. Swollen endothelial cells protruded into the lumen of blood vessels. There were some lymphocytes,histiocytes and sparse eosinophils around the blood vessels,lymphatic vessels and appendages. The diagnosis of epithelioid hemangioma was made.
