教师教学考核评价与激励机制的探索——以福州大学公共基础课教师为例 预览 被引量:3

An Exploration of Teaching Evaluation and Incentive Mechanisms-Taking the Teachers of Public Fundamental Courses in Fuzhou University as an Example

摘要 制订合理有效的教师教学考核评价与激励机制,是提高教师教学积极性和主动性,提升教学质量的重要保证。本文以福州大学公共基础课为例,阐述公共基础课教师所面临的现状,以及学校制订的教学考核评价指标与激励机制方案,构建了教师教学评价与激励机制的流程,通过分析当前教学考核评价与激励机制所面临的问题,提出了教学考核评价方案和“三位一体”的激励机制,并从提升教师的积极性和教学质量方面提出了建议,为制订科学合理的教学考核评价与激励机制提供参考。 Establishing reasonable and effective mechanisms for the evaluation of teaching and incentives is an important guarantee to improve the teachers' initiative and their teaching quality.Taking the teachers of public fundamental courses in Fuzhou University as an example,this paper summarizes the present situation they are in and the corresponding teaching evaluation and incentive mechanisms for them.Then,the paper presents the flow chart of public fundamental course teachers' teaching evaluation and incentive mechanisms and analyzes the problems therein.Finally,the authors propose schemes for teaching evaluation,a "trinity-kind" incentive mechanism and also put forward suggestions to improve the teacher's motivation and teaching quality,which could provide reference to scientific and reasonable teaching evaluation and incentive mechanisms.
