庆一注变频装置在注水节能上的应用效果和改进措施 预览

摘要 油田注水因为流量大,压力高,基本都采用大功率的注水泵电动机.为了适应注水量的变化,在没有自动调速功能的情况下,传统的办法是采用人工调节高压回流阀门的方式进行控制,既费时又费力,且容易出现操作失误,存在一定的安全风险.采用这种方法电机依然满负荷运行,额外的功率都消耗在了阀门上,而长期处在满负荷状态运行的电动机,因为能源浪费大,增加了注水过程的能耗.使用变频调速控制器对注水泵电动机进行变频调速,从而实现注水泵变水量控制是一种非常有效的节能措施. Because of the large flow rate and high pressure in the oilfield water injection,high-power injection pump motors are basically used.In order to adapt to changes in the amount of water injection,in the absence of automatic speed control function,the traditional approach is to manually control the high pressure return valve to control,time-consuming and laborious,and prone to operational errors,there are certain security risks.With this method,the motor is still running at full capacity,and extra power is consumed in the valve.The motor that is running at full load for a long period of time,because of the large energy waste,increases the energy consumption of the water injection process.The use of variable frequency speed controller to control the frequency of the water injection pump motor to achieve variable water control of the injection pump is a very effective energy-saving measures.
