青浦区灌溉泵站装置效率测试研究

Study on Efficiency Test of Irrigation Pumping Station in Qingpu District

摘要 为确定青浦区灌溉泵站装置效率的主要影响因素,探讨适宜青浦地区特点的灌溉泵站建设改造参数,选择青浦区典型灌溉泵站进行装置效率测试研究。结果表明,350ZLB-3.5型轴流泵相对于350ZLB-6.2型更适宜青浦地区;避免电机输出功率远大于水泵轴功率,能提高泵站装置效率;优化设计进、出水建筑物,使泵站装置扬程与设计扬程接近,能提高泵站装置效率。 In order to study the main influencing factors for the efficiency of irrigation pumping station in Qingpu district,the construction parameters of irrigation pumping station suitable for the characteristics of Qingpu district was discussed.And then the device efficiency test of the typical irrigation pumping station in Qingpu district was carried out.The test results show that 350 ZLB-3.5 axial flow pump is more suitable for Qingpu area than the type of 350 ZLB-6.2.Selecting the motor power reasonably and avoiding the output power of the motor much greater than the power of the pump shaft can improve the efficiency of pumping station.Optimization design of inlet and outlet buildings as well as making the pumping station lift close to the design lift can improve the efficiency of pumping station device.
