锚钉技术结合埋线法在后外侧全髋关节置换术修复后方软组织中的应用研究 预览 被引量:1

Application of Anchoring Technique Combined with Catgut Embedding in Posterior Soft Tissue Reconstruction after Total Hip Arthroplasty

摘要 目的:探讨锚钉技术结合埋线法在后外侧入路全髋关节置换术中修复后方软组织的应用效果。方法:将笔者所在医院骨科2017年4月-2018年3月内进行全髋关节置换手术的患者56例,随机分成A和B组,A组采用锚钉技术结合埋线法修复后方软组织,B组后方关节囊及外旋肌群切开后不予缝合,比较两组病例术后髋关节后脱位发生率、髋关节功能评分。结果:A组患者经修复后方软组织结构未发生脱位,B组患者有4例出现人工关节脱位,比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组手术时间、出血量、术后6个月Harris评分比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:锚钉技术结合埋线法在后路THA手术中修复后方软组织结构,对预防术后早期髋关节脱位的发生及促进早期关节功能恢复具有一定作用。 Objective:To investigate the application of anchor technique combined with thread embedding in posterolateral total hip arthroplasty. Method:A total of 56 patients underwent total hip arthroplasty in our orthopedic department from April 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into group A and group B.In group A,the posterior soft tissue was repaired by anchor technique combined with thread embedding.In group B,the posterior capsule and the group of external rotator muscles were incised without suture.The incidence of posterior dislocation of hip joint and hip joint function score were compared between the two groups.Result:Group A had no dislocation of soft tissue after repair,and 4 case had dislocation of artificial joint in Group B of non-repair,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time,bleeding volume and Harris score after 6 months between the two groups(P〉0.05).Conclusion:Anchor technique combined with catgut embedding in posterior THA repair of posterior soft tissue structure,can prevent early postoperative hip dislocation and promote early recovery of joint function,it has a certain role.
