适合中国人体坐姿手伸及界面实验研究

Experimental Study on Chinese Driver Seated Reach Envelope with Consideration of Difficulty

摘要 在汽车操纵按钮、仪表、手柄的布置设计过程中,目前主要参考SAE J287以及GB/T 17867-1999。SAE J287主要针对欧美人口,而且没有给出伸及不同部位目标点的困难程度,也没有给出针对不同困难程度的伸及界面。经过近20年的发展,中国人体尺寸有所变化,对车内布置的需求也有所变化,标准亟待推陈出新。 In the layout design of control button, instrument and handle, the main reference is SAE J287 and GB/T 17867-1999. SAE J287 is mainly aimed at the population of Europe and America, and does not give the degree of difficulty of extending and different parts of the target point, and does not give reach envelope for different difficulty degree. After nearly 20 years of development, China’s body size has changed and the demand for interior layout has also changed. Therefore, the national standard urgently needs to be updated.
