不同镁合金化学转化膜的性能研究 预览

摘要 研究了锡酸盐转化膜、磷酸盐-高锰酸钾转化膜、锌系磷酸盐转化膜、钼酸盐转化膜、锰系磷酸盐转化膜的性能。采用电化学测试、浸泡试验、扫描电镜对5种镁合金化学转化膜的耐蚀性和微观形貌进行了测试。结果表明:锡酸盐转化膜的自腐蚀电流密度最低,自腐蚀电位正移最明显,容抗弧半径最大,失重量最低且平稳,耐蚀性最好。锡酸盐转化膜晶粒细小、均匀、堆积紧密,无缝隙,其相组成为Mg、Al12Mg17和MgSn(OH)6。 The properties of stannate conversion film,phosphate-potassium permanganate conversion film,zinc-phosphate conversion film,molybdate conversion film and manganesephosphate conversion film were investigated.The corrosion resistance and microstructure of five kinds of chemical conversion films on magnesium alloy were tested by electrochemical test,immersion experiment and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the corrosion resistance of stannate conversion film was the best,the self-corrosion current density was the lowest and the self-corrosion potential move towards positive direction obviously.Furthermore,the radius of capacitive arc was the maximum and weight loss was the minimum and remain stable.Stannate conversion film with dense structure was uniform and porosity-free,it was mainly composed of Mg,Al12Mg17 and MgSn(OH)6 phase.
