不同重建条件对一体化PET-MR图像空间分辨率影响的研究 预览 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过模型实验研究,对比不同重建条件对一体化PET-MR图像空间分辨率的影响。方法:参考美国电器制造商协会(NEMA)标准制备点源,使用美国GE公司的SignaPETMR设备进行扫描,选择不同PET图像重建条件重建图像,读取图像中点源的半高宽(FWHM),对比飞行时间技术(TOF)、点扩散函数(PSF)、迭代次数以及衰减校正(AC)对于图像空间分辨率的影响。结果:使用PSF技术重建图像,电源FWHM在3.40mm与4.31mm之间,而未使用PSF技术重建的图像点源FWHM在4.56mm与5.83mm之间,故使用PSF可减小重建图像中点源的FWHM,而TOF和AC对点源FWHM影响不大。结论:PSF和迭代次数可以有效提高图像空间分辨率,TOF和AC对于图像空间分辨率影响不大。在临床使用PET-MR对病灶扫描时应将患者置于孔径中心,在对小病灶的诊断中,PSF技术的使用必不可少,且可根据实际情况适当增加迭代次数。 Objective:To compare the influence of different reconstruction condition for the spatial resolution of integrative PET-MR image through experiment research of model.Methods:The standard of NEMA was referred to produce point source,and the signa PETMR of GE was used to implement scan.Different image reconstruction condition of PET were used to reconstruct image,and then the FWHM of point source were obtained.The influences of TOF,PSF,iterations and AC for spatial resolution of image were compared.Results:The point source FWHM was between3.40~4.31mm when PSF technique was used to reconstruct image,while it was4.56~5.83mm without PSF technique.Therefore,PSF could reduce FWHM in reconstructed image.Besides,there were few influences of TOF and AC for FWHM.Conclusion:PSF and iterations could effectively enhance spatial resolution of image,while there were few the influences of TOF and AC for FWHM.In the scan for lesions by using PET-MR,patients should be placed on centre of aperture.And in the diagnosis for small lesion,the using of PSF technique is necessary,and the iteration should properly be increased as the actual situation.
