基于柯氏模型的全国社区护理师资培训效果研究 预览 被引量:3

Effectiveness Evaluation of the National Community Nursing Teacher Training Based on Kirkpatrick Model

摘要 目的 采用柯氏模型评价全国社区护理师资培训的效果。方法 选取2011、2014、2016年在浙江省全科医学教育培训中心参加全国社区护理师资培训项目的3期学员117例进行问卷调查,分别从柯氏模型的反应层、学习层、行为层及结果层4个层次评价培训效果。共发放问卷117份,回收108份(2011年39份、2014年34份、2016年35份),问卷有效回收率为92.3%。结果 3期学员对社区护理师资培训的总体评价感到满意,2011、2014、2016年学员对社区护理师资培训的总体评价感到非常满意的分别为24例(61.5%)、26例(76.5%)、29例(82.9%)。3期学员对社区护理师资培训的总体满意度及对教学内容、培训学时、培训教材、考核形式的满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对培训目标、教学方法、授课教师的满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3期学员对社区护理师资培训在提高专业水平、提高教学水平、晋升职称职务方面的帮助作用评价比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在增强科研能力方面的帮助作用评价比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3期学员培训后从事社区护理相关教育活动、组织/参与社区护理教学情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组织社区护理学科建设工作、开展社区护理精品课程建设情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。61例(56.5%)学员培训后在当地开展了社区护士岗位培训,其中2011年31例(79.5%),2014年16例(47.1%),2016年14例(40.0%);在61例学员中,23例(37.7%)担任了当地社区护士岗位培训教师,其中2011年11例(28.2%),2014年8例(23.5%),2016年4例(11.4%)。结论 3期全国社区护理师资培训取得了较好的效果,学员对培训的满意度较高,学员的社区科研能力有所提高,但在当地的社区护理教学中贡献较低。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the national community nursing teacher training based on Kirkpatrick model.Methods We conducted a questionnaire survey in three groups(2011 group 39 cases,2014 group 34 cases and 2016 group 35 cases)of selected trainees(totaled 117 cases)with the experience of attending the national community nursing teacher training held in Zhejiang General Practice Training Center in 2011,2014 or 2016.The survey achieved a response rate of 92.3%(108/117).And a Kirkpatrick model was used to evaluate the effectiveness of the training from the aspects of reaction,learning,behavior and results.Results Overall,24(61.5%)trainees in 2011 group,26(76.5%)trainees in 2014 group,and 29(82.9%)trainees in 2016 group were very satisfied with this training.The levels of satisfaction with training goals,teaching methods or trainers differed significantly between the three groups of trainees(P<0.05),while the overall assessment of the training,level of satisfaction with teaching contents,training hours,training materials or examination forms did not(P>0.05).The assessment of the training's role in the improvement of scientific research capabilities varied significantly between the three groups(P<0.05),but its role in the improvement of professional competence,teaching capability,promotion of the position and professional and technical title did not(P>0.05).The percentage of trainees undertaking community nursing education,organizing or participating in community nursing teaching differed substantially between the groups(P<0.05),whereas that of trainees organizing the development of community nursing discipline or conducted the development of excellent courses related to community nursing did not(P>0.05).The total number of trainees who were involved in on-the-job community nurse training was 61(56.5%),including 31(79.5%)in 2011 group,16(47.1%)in 2014 group,and 14(40.0%)in 2016 group.The total number of trainees who served as a training teacher for local on-the-job community nurse training was 23(37.7%)
