手术先行矫治骨性Ⅲ类牙颌面畸形的临床观察 预览 被引量:1

摘要 目的:初步评价“手术先行”矫治骨性Ⅲ类牙颌面畸形患者的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析了2010年7月至2017年6月接受“手术先行”正颌外科治疗的37例骨性Ⅲ类牙颌面畸形患者的治疗过程,并对临床疗效进行初步分析。结果:所有患者均顺利完成整个“手术先行”正颌外科的治疗程序,除1例有轻微复发,其余患者均获得较为满意的面部外形及咬合。整个治疗周期为6~19月,平均13.8月。结论:“手术先行”矫治策略可以用于矫治骨性Ⅲ类牙颌面畸形,并可缩短治疗周期,获得较好的临床效果。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of surgery first or surgery early approach for skeletal ClassⅢmalocclusion.Methods:A retrospective analysis of medical records was conducted on 37 patients with skeletal ClassⅢmalocclusion,who were treated with surgery-first approach in this hospital from July 2010 to June 2017,and preliminary analysis was carried out on the clinical efficacy.Results:Whole procedure with surgery-first approach was successfully completed on all of the patients and all of them were satisfied with the appearance and occlusion,excepting for one case of mild recurrence.The whole period was 6-19 months,with an average of 13.8 months.Conclusions:Computer assisted surgery-first approach can be used in treatment for skeletal ClassⅢmalocclusion,which can shorten the treatment period with satisfactory clinical efficacy.
