为降低1SG-230型甘蔗深松旋耕联合作业机机架正常工作时的共振,使其具备良好的动态特性,利用UG软件建立机架模型并进行模态分析,得出机架前6阶模态的固有频率、形变量、极值和振型等特征,分析外部激振频率,使机架固有频率远离外部激振频率段,对机架前横梁、后横梁、铲柄保险安装座板、侧板的结构参数进行优化,通过四因素三水平正交试验,确定了机架最优结构参数组合为:前横梁厚度10 mm,后横梁厚度10 mm,铲柄保险安装座板厚度10 mm,侧板厚度14 mm。试验结果表明:1SG-230型甘蔗深松旋耕联合作业机机架优化后质量减少了10.7%,1阶固有频率由27.365 Hz提高至34.683 Hz,共振频率段最小值比变速箱激振频率高10.14 Hz,减小了机架发生共振的可能性,动态特性良好。
In the paper, model of 1SG-230 typed subsoiling and rotary tillage combined machine in sugarcane field was built to calculate the dynamic characteristics by using software UG. After meshing,the modal parameters as well as the modal vibration shapes were calculated through utilizing the NX Nastran. The first 6 modal natural frequencies of the improved frame was within 20.524~35.575 Hz. Then, a reasonable optimization proposal was conducted by the four factors and three levels experiment. The optimization results indicated that after the structure optimization, the front cross member with 10 mm thickness,the rear cross member with 10 mm thickness,the shovel handle insurance installation with 10 mm thickness and the side plate with 14 mm thickness,and the weight of frame was decreased by 10.7%. The first modal natural frequencies of the improved frame was increased to 34.683 Hz, which means the frame could avoid the resonance effectively,which means the frame met the strength requirement and had good dynamic characteristics.
