装药累积损伤评估及参数敏感性分析 预览

Cumulative Damage Evaluation and Parametric Sensitivity Analysis of Motor Grain Based on Monitored Ambient Temperature

摘要 对舰载导弹贮运箱实测温度数据进行了统计分析,得到上下层贮运箱温度的波动规律;根据装药热应力有限元计算结果,分析了环境温度与装药热应力的关系;建立了基于线性累积损伤理论的累积损伤计算模型,得到了实测环境温度下装药累积损伤变化规律,开展了参数敏感性分析。研究表明,舰载导弹四联装贮运箱平均温度较为接近,但上层贮运箱的日温度差明显大于下层;影响装药累积损伤的主要因素是日温度差,日温度差增大将大幅增加累积损伤。研究结果可为舰载导弹固体发动机的寿命预估、维护保养提供参考。 The monitored temperature data of the shipborne missile containers was analyzed.The fluctuation rule of the temperature within the upper and bottom layer containers were obtained.Based on the analysis on the thermal stress finite element results of motor grain,the relationship between ambient temperature and thermal stress was analyzed and the thermal stress regression equation was established.The cumulative damage calculation model based on the linear cumulative damage theory was established.Parametric sensitivity analysis was carried out.It is showed that the mean temperatures of the missile containers are close to each other,but the daily temperature differences of the upper containers are obviously larger than that of the bottom layer.The cumulative damage of the motor grain is strongly affected by the daily temperature differences.The increase in the daily temperature difference is showed to significantly enhance the level of cumulative damage.The study provides a reference for life prediction and maintenance of shipborne missile solid motor.
