棉花核心种质的创制及性状鉴定研究 预览

摘要 本文通过跟踪创制种质C17-27-3的叶龄、叶面积、主茎、叶片养分动态、HI(经济系数)和主根长度等指标,分析其与对照品种在早熟性、植株特性、产量性状、抗病性、纤维品质等方面的优势和差异性。试验结果表明,C17-27-3苗期出叶早,主茎叶多,现蕾后叶面积增长快,叶面积较大,现蕾到开花期主茎日增长快;各生育期叶片含水率在75%左右,全氮含量以开花期最高,全磷含量吐絮期下降,全钾含量开花期和吐絮期较高;子棉经济系数在50%左右,水平方向根系较发达,植株长势强,发育迅速,单株结铃多,抗(耐)黄萎病,品质优良。该种质可作为提高棉花产量、保持抗病性、改良植株长势的优异核心资源在西北内陆棉区加以利用。 By tracking the germplasm of cotton leaf age,leaf area,main stem and root length,leaf nutrient dynamic and HI.the research analysed and compared the advantages and differences of early maturity cotton varieties by plant characteristics,yield,disease resistance and fiber quality.The results showed that:during the seedling stage,C17-27-3 had earlier leaves,had more leaves on the main stem,leaf area grew faster after budding and larger,and the main stem grew faster during budding to flowering period.The moisture level stabilized around 75%in each growing period,the nitrogen content reached its peak in flowering period,the phosphorus content declined in the boll opening period,while the potassium content was higher in flowering and boll opening period.Additionaly,for C17-27-3,the economic coefficient of the unginned cotton was nearly 50%,horizontal root system was more developed,the plant grew stronger and faster,had more bolls and better resistance against Verticillium wilt.Therefore C17-27-3 could be used as a core cotton resource for increasing production,keeping disease resistance and improving plant growth in northwest inland.
