兰州某住宅小区工程勘察分析研究 预览

摘要 经过对场地的详细勘察,提出设计、施工所需要的岩土参数,根据勘察数据,对建筑场地做出岩土工程评价。根据场地岩土工程条件,结合拟建建筑物的特点,可采用大开挖、天然地基,筏型基础,座落在卵石层上;商铺等多层建筑,根据基底标高,可采用人工成孔灌注桩,卵石层为桩端持力层,桩端进入卵石层的深度≥1 d;高层建筑物,也可采用桩筏联合基础,基桩可采用钻孔灌注桩,桩长和桩端持力层的选择,应根据建筑物的特点综合考虑,并通过现场静载荷试验确定基桩承载力;地下建(构)筑物,应根据基底标高考虑地下水影响,进行抗浮设计。 After detailed investigation of the site,the geotechnical parameters required for design and construction are proposed,and geotechnical evaluations are made on the construction site based on the survey data.According to the geotechnical conditions of the site,combined with the characteristics of the proposed building,large excavation,natural foundation,raft foundation can be used,which is located on the pebble layer;multi-storey buildings such as shops can be artificially formed according to the base elevation.The cast-in-place pile,the pebble layer is the pile end bearing layer,the depth of the pile end entering the pebble layer is not less than 1d;the high-rise building can also be combined with the pile-raft foundation,the pile can be cast-in-place pile,the pile length and the pile end The selection of the force layer should be comprehensively considered according to the characteristics of the building,and the bearing capacity of the foundation pile should be determined by the static load test on site;the underground building(structure)should be considered for the anti-floating design according to the groundwater level.
