连作烤烟土壤特征分析 预览

Analysis of Soil Characteristics after Continuous Flue-cured Tobacco Cropping

摘要 通过调查我省主要烤烟产区遵义市的播州区、湄潭县、凤冈县的连作烤烟发病情况,测定烟草AM真菌的侵染状况、土壤质地、pH、土壤养分,并分析与烤烟发病指数间的相关关系。结果显示:连作烤烟田间土壤病害发病指数越高,AM真菌根系侵染率和土壤pH值就越低,呈极显著负相关关系;所以在土壤肥力充足时,克服烤烟连作障碍应重点考虑土壤pH值和根系AM真菌侵染率。 The disease incidence of flue-cured tobacco after continuous croppingwas investigated in Bozhou District,Meitan County and Fenggang County of Zunyi,the main flue-cured tobacco areas in Guizhou province.Soil texture,pH,soil nutrient and the infection statusof AM fungi on tobacco were determined,and their correlation with the disease incidence of flue-cured tobacco was analyzed.The results showed that the higher the incidence index of soil disease in continuous cropping tobacco field,the lower the infection rate of AM fungi on roots and Soil pH.There was a significantly negative correlation between them.Therefore,when the nutrients in the soil is sufficient,soil pH and AM fungal infection rate on roots might be considered as the main factors of the obstacleto continuous flue-cured tobacco cropping.
