基于CimatronE的电火花加工电极设计技术 预览

摘要 阐述了模具零件的型腔、型孔、窄槽和文字,及因结构的因素在CNC机床难以加工完成或难于达到满意的加工精度的位置,基本采用电火花加工的方法。介绍了CimatronE软件抽取放电曲面、建立电极基座、建立放电曲面与基座的关联、加载标准电极柄及生成工程图等方面的电极设计方法,并在设计中就电极设计关键参数设置进行了讨论。应用CimatronE电极设计方法在实际工作中有很强的实用性,且操作简单易学习,用途广安全高效,适用于各种复杂零件的电极设计。 This paper expounds the cavity, the hole, the narrow slot and the text of the mold part, and the method of electric discharge machining is adopted in the position where the CNC machine tool is difficult to process or it is difficult to achieve satisfactory machining accuracy due to structural factors. Using the software as a tool, the CimatronE electrode design method for extracting the discharge surface, establishing the electrode reference table, establishing the relationship between the discharge surface and the reference table, loading the standard electrode holder and generating the engineering drawing is described in detail, and discussing the electrode design theory in the design. The CimatronE electrode design method has high practicability in practical work, and the operation is simple and easy to learn. It is widely used safely and efficiently, and is suitable for workpieces of various complicated parts.
