从阳极炉洗渣中富集硫酸钡试验研究 预览

摘要 研究了采用水力旋流重选—酸浸提纯工艺从阳极炉洗渣中富集硫酸钡。试验结果表明:旋流重选精砂产率为26.83%,精砂中硫酸钡质量分数96.25%;对重选中砂进行酸浸,在c(H2SO4)=2mol/L、液固体积质量比5∶1、反应温度80℃、反应时间2h条件下,铜、铁脱除率分别为98%、99%以上,酸浸渣硫酸钡质量分数大于96%。对于年产阳极炉洗渣800t(其中含硫酸钡358t)的铜冶炼企业,采用该工艺可节约硫酸钡成本100.88万元/年。 The enrichment of barium sulfate from a anode furnace washing slag was studied by hydro-cyclone gravity concentration-acid leaching process.The results show that the yield of refined sand is 26.83%,and the content of barium sulfate is 96.25%.During the acid leaching of medium sand,the removal rate of copper and iron under the conditions of sulfuric acid concentration of 2 mol/L,liquid-to-solid ratio of 5/1,temperature of 80℃ and reaction time of 2 h are 98% and 99%,respectively,and the content of barium sulfate in the acid leaching residue is over 96%.The process can save 1.008 8 million yuan annually for barium sulfate for the enterprises with annual production of anode furnace washing slag 800 t/a which contains barium sulfate 358 t/a.
