不同形状扰流柱对溢流层板腔内流动与换热特性的影响 预览

Effect of Pin-Fin Shapes on Internal Flow and Heat Transfer Characteristics of Overflow Laminate

摘要 为了获得不同形状扰流柱对溢流层板流动与换热特性的影响,对溢流层板进行了三维流固耦合的数值模拟,重点研究了菱形、水滴形、椭圆形、圆形与正方形5种形状的扰流柱在不同射流雷诺数(Rej=2000—10000)下对层板腔内流动和换热的影响。研究结果表明:当扰流柱为水滴形时对应的溢流孔板面平均换热系数最高,扰流柱为菱形时对应的冲击板面平均换热系数最高,而对于扰流柱面,正方形扰流柱面平均换热系数最高;几种扰流柱形状对应的层板结构中,菱形扰流柱对应的层板结构综合换热能力最强,随射流雷诺数的增大几乎呈线性变化。 In order to study the effect of different pin-fins on internal flow and heat transfer characteristics of the overflow laminate,numerical simulations were carried out with the three-dimensional fluid-solid coupling method.Five different shapes were emphatically investigated under various jet Reynolds numbers(Rej=2 000-10 000),including diamond-shaped,water drop-shaped,elliptical,circle and square-shaped.The results show that the average heat transfer coefficient of the overflow plate is maximum with the water drop-shaped pin fins.The diamond-shaped pin fins result in the optimum average heat transfer coefficient of the impinging plate.For the pin fin surfaces,the average heat transfer coefficient shows the highest level with the square-shaped pin fins.Among the above-mentioned laminate configurations with distinct pin fin shapes,the diamond-shaped pin fin shows the best overall heat transfer capacity which almost shows the linear variation tendency with the increase of jet Reynolds number.
