不同种源白皮松在赣东北的育种试验 预览 被引量:1

摘要 为了探索白皮松在赣东北地区繁育及推广的可能性,本文着重研究了不同种源白皮松种子在赣东北地区的育种情况,通过对不同种源地的白皮松种子的大小(长度、宽度、厚度)、千粒重和发芽特性进行分析以及容器育苗和大田育苗两种育苗方式进行对比分析,结果表明,不同种源白皮松种子发芽率差异显著,且种子发芽率与种子大小、千粒重均显著相关。且容器育苗与大田育苗在种子发芽率、苗高和地径均无明显差异,说明种子质量是影响种子发芽率的主要因素。2号种源地(山西运城)白皮松种子长度、宽度、厚度、千粒重及发芽率均高于其他种源,相较于其他种源白皮松更适宜在赣东北地区栽植。 In order to explore the possibility of breeding and promotion of Pinus bungeana in northeastern Jiangxi,this paper focuses on the breeding of P.bungeana seeds from different provenances in northeastern Jiangxi,and the size(length,width and thickness)of P.bungeana seeds from different provenances.The analysis of thousand-grain weight and germination characteristics and the two seedling raising methods of container seedling and field seedling showed that the seed germination rate of different provenances was significantly different,and the seed germination rate was significantly correlated with seed size and thousand-grain weight.There was no significant difference in seed germination rate,seedling height and ground diameter between container seedling and field seedling,indicating that seed quality is the main factor affecting seed germination rate.The seed length,width,thickness,thousand-grain weight and germination rate of P.bungeana in No.2 provenance(Yuncheng of Shanxi)were higher than other provenances,and it was more suitable for planting in northeastern Jiangxi than other provenances.
