聚丙烯腈基交联水解羧酸纤维的制备及其结构性能表征 预览

Structural properties characterization and preparation of crosslinking carboxylic fibers based on polyacrylonitrile fibers

摘要 以聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维为基体,聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)为交联剂,采用水解—交联—水解工艺制备得到PAN基交联水解羧酸纤维(PEIXPAN-COOH纤维),并对其结构与性能进行了表征。结果表明:通过三步法制得的PEIXPAN-COOH纤维经红外光谱证实为目标产物,且纤维表面平整度较基体PAN纤维降低;纤维的羧基含量为4.5mmol/g,断裂强度为4.43cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为31.1%,纤维的初始模量为39.33cN/dtex,与基体PAN纤维相比,其断裂强度和断裂伸长率分别下降了2.6%和5.8%,初始模量提高了6.6%;PEIXPAN-COOH纤维吸水性较好,其增重倍数为31,而基体PAN纤维增重倍数仅为6。 Crosslinking carboxylic fibers based on polyacrylonitrile(PAN)fibers(PEIXPAN-COOH fiber)were prepared through hydrolyzing-crosslinking-hydrolyzing process using PAN fibers as matrix and polyethyleneimine(PEI)as a crosslinking agent.Their structure and properties were characterized.The results showed that PEIXPAN-COOH fiber prepared by the three-step process was the target product proved by infrared spectroscopy and had the surface smoothness lower than PAN fiber;the fiber exhibited the carboxyl group content of 4.5 mmol/g,breaking strength 4.43 cN/dtex,elongation at break 31.1%and initial modulus of 39.33 cN/dtex;as compared with PAN fiber,the fiber showed an increase of 2.6%and 5.8%in breaking strength and elongation at break,respectively,and an increase of 6.6%in initial modulus;PEIXPAN-COOH fiber had the weight gain multiple of 31,indicating a fairly good water absorption,when PAN fiber had the weight gain multiple of only 6.
